Michael Kors E-Commerce Redesign

Michael Kors is an iconic and world–renowned brand with an established online presence. However, their e-commerce experience was not responsive and also lagged behind common usability standards. Working closely with the team of UX designers and developers at Sapient Nitro, we created clear visual hierarchy, unified the typography and created a robust library of content modules. The result is a fresh system which stays true to the brand.

According to csimarket.com, “Michael Kors Holdings Ltd managed to grow revenue by 6.45% year on year, in the third quarter 2017 to 1.44 billion, while the apparel, footwear & accessories industry fell by -0.11%, consumer discretionary sector fell -14.59%. Despite modest sales in the consumer discretionary sector and apparel, footwear & accessories industry, Michael Kors Holdings Ltd reported above average market sales growth.”
